The Quarterly Development Tracking Report summarizes residential and commercial development activity and trends in Arlington. Information in these reports is generated from County staff reports, County Board minutes and data on Certificate of Occupancy (CO) permits, building permits and demolitions permits.

Highlights from this quarter’s report:

The Hazel and Azure at National Landing (SP #346) with 496 residential units and 8,895 SF retail, Crystal Plaza I (SP #458) with 758 residential units and 22,059 SF retail, 2019 S. Kenmore St. with 4 townhomes, ART Operations and Maintenance Facility, and GMU expansion were completed.
The Crystal Houses 7 & 8 (SP #451), 2801 Columbia Pike (Elkins Building), and 2300 9th St. S. projects were approved by the County Board.
The project located at 1129 N. Utah St. (SP #476) with two (2) residential units is under construction.
