In late March, County staff hosted a joint workshop as part of a periodic review reflecting on Form Based Code built results produced so far. The workshop also aimed to determine what, if any, amendments should be made to ensure we’re getting the highest quality architecture possible. Participating in this workshop were members of the Planning Commission, the Form-Based Code Advisory Working Group, the Columbia Pike Presidents Group and the Design Review Committee of the Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board.
Participants were also asked to rate each project based on aesthetics and design. View the results.
