Document Historic Arlington
Document Historic Arlington is a collaboration between the Arlington County Historic Preservation Program and Arlington Independent Media (AIM). Through a competitive application process, AIM selects three high school students from Arlington who are paid as interns during the semester-long partnership to produce a short documentary film on an aspect of Arlington’s history.
Most recently the students explored the Ball-Sellers House, a historic house museum in Glencarlyn that is the oldest standing structure in Arlington. The student interns were Lina Barclay, Khulan Erdenedalai, and Arin Gökdemir, with Nathan Bynum as the Instructor/Producer with AIM.

In 2017, in preparation for the centennial of World War I, students highlighted the Clarendon War Memorial. The student interns were Flor Caceras, Alex Pageotte, and Eli Waldman, with Nathan Bynum as the Instructor/Producer with AIM.
