About the Project

The Monroe Park playground renovation is a capital maintenance project that will replace existing play structures that have exceeded their lifespan. Current play equipment is intended for ages 2-5. The project scope includes updated site furnishings, landscaping, and ADA compliant pathways.

Project Goals

Replacement of outdated play structures and site furnishings.
Improvement of site circulation.
Improvement of storm water management.

Winter 2023/4 - Existing Conditions Feedback

January 2024:The community shared input on existing conditions through an online questionnaire. The questionnaire opened on January 3, 2024, and concluded on January 31, 2024. Summer 2024 - Feedback on Draft Concepts
