The applicants, Fifth Crystal Park Associates L.P. and CESC Park Five Land L.L.C. d/b/a JBG Smith, have submitted applications for the following requests:

• Rezoning from C-O-1.5 to C-O Crystal City
• New Crystal City Block Plan for Block W
• Site Plan Amendment to remove site area from SP #167
• New Site Plan (SP #475) to construct a 7-story mixed-use building with 370 units, 3,360 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, and 200 parking spaces. The development proposal will help facilitate implementation of an area of open space identified as Crystal Park, as called for in the Crystal City Sector Plan
