The applicant proposes to demolish the existing bank and construct a mixed-use building with approximately 238 dwelling units, approximately 60,000 square feet of office uses, and approximately 30,000 square feet of retail uses (including a replacement bank with a drive through) with a maximum height of 12 stories.
