The County is studying two opportunities to facilitate the provision of childcare in Arlington:
- Enable childcare facilities as an allowable use within all zoning districts, including the Special Development District (S-D) zoning district.
- Remove the requirement for family day care homes with 10-12 children to have a use permit.
