Healthy Living Program Philosophy:

The Healthy Living Program is not a weight management program, but a well-being program intended to support participants in waking up feeling rested, eating foods that give us energy, moving our bodies in ways we enjoy, feeling good about how we spend our time, and going to sleep feeling satisfied with our day. The Healthy Living Program is entirely based on what feels comfortable and doable to each participant.

How to get involved:

HLP is open to Arlington County Behavioral Healthcare clients.  Please ask your case manager and/or therapist to provide you details for the monthly HLP orientation session to learn more.
