Project Description

The applicant, CC Rock Arlington Owner, LLC, proposes the demolition of 2 existing hotels for the construction of 37 townhouse-style units and a new 9-story multifamily residential building wrapped around an above-grade parking structure. The proposed density is approximately 96 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) with approximately 622,798 sf of residential gross floor area.
